Eli Arce has nearly 30 years of sports medicine and human performance experience with a degree in Kinesiology and certifications as Corrective Exercise Specialist (CES), Orthopedic Exercise Specialist (OES) and Functional Movement Screen Specialist (FMS).

Eli realized his dream to move to Hawaii and is proud to offer his expertise as a personal trainer to the Kailua Kona community. from professional athletes to individuals with disabilities and high levels of pain. Eli’s ability to screen/assess new clients for limitations, asymmetries, and potential risk of injury allows him to design individualized workouts guaranteed to deliver maximum results while assuring the client’s well-being.
