Movement Therapy Solutions is a private personal training facility, located in Kailua Kona, that provides one-on-one sessions in a comfortable airconditioned facility with world-class equipment and technology, allowing clients to train in cutting edge methods of movement and functionality. 

Movement Therapy Solutions features equipment from industry leaders such as Keiser, Versa Climber, Legend and Perform Better. The versatility of this equipment allows for a large selection of training and recovery methods. 

Movement Therapy Solutions is the only facility in Kailua Kona that has Keiser Pneumatic Resistance equipment. This technology allows the muscles to remain active and engaged through the entire range of motion and velocities, with reduced shock loading to the muscles, connective tissue and joints. An added feature of this highly specialized equipment is the ability to measure power output of specific movement patterns.

Movement Therapy Solutions was developed due to the need for a radically different approach to personal training, fitness and just getting out of pain. Not a single person moves or functions perfectly. Because of this we compensate through fundamental movements, which lead to micro-traumas and dysfunction and put us at greater risk of injury. Without addressing these underlying issues, taking on any type of exercise or rehab routine could lead to bigger problems and more pain. The key is to have an unbiased and scientifically based assessment tool to measure and grade fundamental movement patterns. This assessment tool allows us to identify the dysfunction that leads to the symptoms in the first place.
